Silver Scat

Size: To 28 cm
Family: Scatophagidae, the scat family is a small family of fishes in the order Perciformes.
Distribution: Throughout Indonesia, northern Australia and Papua New Guinea.
Habitat: The Silver Scat likes to inhabit brackish mangrove estuaries and coastal freshwater.
Danger: The fin spines of the Silver Scat can inflict painful wounds.
